Team Captain Strides for Savannah Grace 2021 YADSA Buddy Walk Block Party

Support Me

Welcome to the 5th year of Strides for Savannah Grace!!

Each year we enjoy creating and growing our team to raise money and awareness for Down Syndrome.  Money raised through our team goes to the York Area Down Syndrome Association and is then donated to local charities that help support those with Down Syndrome and other special needs.  This local group also uses the donations to provide community awareness, education for the families, and social and sports activities for children and adults with Down Syndrome.  None of this money is kept for personal use.

This past June, Savannah celebrated her 5th birthday and just this year has begun kindergarten!  She has loved preschool in the past and so far this school year she claims to be having "so much fun" every day when I ask her.  She continues to love on all her brothers and is always our go-to girl if we need a good hug and pick-me-up.

We would love for you to join our team for a brief walk, and some quality time together.  If you're not able to join us, but would still like to support our team, we appreciate and welcome any monetary donation to help us reach our goal.  Thank you all for your support and kind words over the years... Savannah is very lucky to have such a great cheering squad!!
